When you use Dustd, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and profile details you provide
  • Activity data: shooting scores, disciplines, dates, and clubs you log rounds at
  • Photos: images you upload with your activities (up to 8 per activity)
  • Social data: follows, likes, and comments you make within the platform
  • Authentication data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from those providers

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Dustd service
  • To display your activity and profile to other users based on your visibility settings
  • To send you notifications about activity on your account
  • To improve and develop new features

3. Data Storage and Processing

Your data is stored and processed by Supabase, our infrastructure provider. Data may be stored on servers located outside of Canada. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the service (e.g., with our infrastructure providers) or when required by law. Activities you set to “World” visibility may be visible to anyone with a link.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Control who sees your content through visibility settings (World, Dustd users only, or Only me)
  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time.

7. Children's Privacy

Dustd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Dustd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
