Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dustd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Dustd is a social platform for tracking and sharing clay shooting scores, photos, and activity. We provide the platform as-is and may update or modify features at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dustd.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (scores, photos, comments). By posting content, you grant Dustd a non-exclusive license to display it within the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: posting harmful or illegal content, impersonating others, attempting to access other users' accounts, or interfering with the operation of the service.

6. Shooting Sports Disclaimer

Dustd is a score-tracking and social platform. It does not provide firearms safety instruction, coaching, or advice, and is not a substitute for certified firearms training such as the Canadian Firearms Safety Course.

Clay shooting and other shooting sports involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that Dustd is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from shooting activities. You participate in shooting sports at your own risk and are solely responsible for following all safety rules and range regulations.

You represent that you comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws regarding firearms, including holding any required licences and registrations.

Dustd is not a marketplace. The buying, selling, trading, or advertising of firearms, ammunition, or related equipment through the service is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dustd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruptions to service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dustd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
